Feelings Friday # 29: I am a team player.
Are we raising a generation of “wimps”? (Someone actually accused me of this on our Facebook wall...fearful that teaching kids about emotions would somehow harm or “soften” them.
The short answer is 110% no. We don't have to be scared of teaching children about emotions. We don’t have to be scared of children with big feelings.

Big feelings can be a gift.

In this week's Feelings Friday video I tell you a story about how my emotional 8 yo daughter helped me move out of my stress...and into my body.
Let's break this down and then pick it back up again!
